Die Heuwels FantastiesHunter and Pierre wrote their first track when they were 15 and 16 years old respectively. Hunter was still playing for New World Inside with Francois van Coke (Fokofpolisiekar, Van Coke Kartel) and Pierre was in the group Time Spent with Wynand Myburgh (Fokofpolisiekar, Van Coke Kartel) and Laudo Liebenberg (aKING). More recently Hunter was in Fokofpolisiekar and Pierre in Lukraaketaar. When their bands took a break in 2007 and they again started hanging out in Bellville, this grouping was inevitable. The music is mostly electronic, but with some guitar, because they wanted to move away from the types of music that they had made so far, which was mostly guitar-driven.
DHF is a South African Alternative Pop band. Die Heuwels Fantasties is composed of Hunter Kennedy (also member of Fokofpolisiekar & formerly of aKING), Pierre Greeff (also member of Lukraaketaar), Philip Erasmus (also member of Thieve) and Fred den Hartog (also member of Thieve).

The December StreetsThe foot stomping, skirt lifting, shoulder popping musical bliss of Pretoria-based band December Streets has been caressing the ears of many since 2009. In 2010 the beat lyric combos of Tristan Coetzee (vocals and guitar) and Gideon Meyer (bass and sax) united with Afro-funk player Nico van Loggerenberg (lead guitar), the stick twirling Corneil Clasen (drums) and our very own SA born Satchmo, Waldo Boshoff (trumpet) to create the December Streets as you know them today.
In 2012 December Streets decided to record their debut album, “This Is”, after signing with 2 Feet Music (a division of Sheer Sound). The 15 track album is inspired by all the good times and great vibes that can be experienced throughout South Africa. With brilliant producers and the fact that the album has seen more of the world than December Streets; “This is” promises to express flow, fire, feeling and freedom.
